Delta 10 THC FAQ
While there are no federal regulations setting the minimum age required to purchase Delta 10 THC, there are several state regulations mandating that consumers must be 21 years or older to purchase. For this reason, you must be 21 years or older to purchase any products both online and in store.
The main difference in Delta 8-THC, Delta 9-THC and Delta 10-THC is federal and state legality. Delta 8-THC and Delta 10-THC fully federally legal and legal 38 states, while Delta 9-THC is federally illegal and illegal in most states. Delta 8-THC, Delta 9-THC and Delta 10-THC produce euphoric psychoactive effects on users and carry what some believe to be medicinal properties.
Delta 10-THC is superior to the traditional and illegal Delta 9-THC because it carries basically every benefit and effect of Delta 9-THC but is fully federally legal and legal in 38 states in the United States.
Delta 10 costs more than Delta 8 and Delta 9 because it is difficult to mass produce since it is so new, as well as being new to the market not many producers are making the oil. Since there are a low number of producers of the Delta 10 products, this creates a low competitive market among producers, which causes prices to be higher for all who are trying to purchase the distillate.

Delta 8 THC
Delta 8 THC is one of the many cannabinoids secreted by cannabis plants. Think of it as the cousin of delta 9 THC, the major intoxicating component in cannabis, but without the overwhelming effects. Delta 8 THC can make you feel relaxed and clear-headed — while still offering all the benefits of the THC experience.
Delta 8 THC occurs in very low concentrations in CBD hemp flower (less than 1%).
However, modern extraction methods have discovered methods of isolating this cannabinoid from federally legal hemp.
Delta 8 THC products are made similarly to other hemp products. The isolated extract can be infused into a carrier oil to make tinctures or capsules, or mixed into an edible base to create gummies.
You can also find products like delta 8 vape cartridges, disposable vape pens, and more.
Users describe the effects of delta 8 as being similar to those provided by delta 9 THC, but without the overwhelming buzz it can trigger in high doses. Most users report a sensation of feeling clear-headed and focused.
The most common uses for Delta 8 THC products include:
- Sublingual use.
- Edibles.
- Mixing with flower.
- Vaping.
- Dabbing.
Since Delta 8 THC is psychoactive, it’s possible that you will experience adverse effects if you take too much. In order to avoid this, be sure to only take the recommended dosage. Some of these potential effects include headaches, dizziness, an increased heart rate, anxiety, nausea, dry mouth, and mild hallucinations.

THC-O
THC-O is a new, cutting edge cannabinoid (derived from Hemp just like Delta 8) which carries psychoactive effects and euphoric feelings associated with the typical properties associated with cannabis use. It is rumored that THC-O is roughly 3 times more potent than regular THC Additionally, THC-O is known for its anti-nausea, anti-anxiety, appetite stimulating and stress reducing properties.
Delta 9-THC or Delta 9-Tetrahydrocannabinol is the traditional version of THC and is the active ingredient in the Marijuana plant. This cannabinoid is responsible for the psychoactive effects experienced after consuming a marijuana product and is currently federally illegal and illegal in most states.
The main difference in THC-O and Delta 9-THC is federal and state legality. THC-O is fully federally legal and legal 38 states, while Delta 9-THC is federally illegal and illegal in most states. Both THC-O and Delta 9-THC produce euphoric psychoactive effects on users and carry a wide variety of medical and recreational benefits.
Since products contain only THC-O made from 100% Hemp extract, companies are able to fully legally manufacture, distribute and sell to consumers in the United States. Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, ratified and signed into law in December 2018, Cannabis containing less than 0.3% Delta 9-THC is legally classified as Hemp and thus is legal for all intents and purposes under federal law. Let’s also not forget, THC itself isn’t federally illegal, only specifically Delta 9-THC is.
The difference in CBD (Cannabidiol) and THC-O (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is that CBD doesn’t carry the psychoactive effects that THC-O does. CBD can be used for numerous health reasons but it will never give the consumer the psychoactive effects that THC-O and Delta 9 would provide. THC-O carries most, if not all benefits of CBD, but also introduces the “high” euphoric feeling which can be hugely beneficial for many users.
“Hemp Derived THC” means that the THC is entirely produced from Hemp. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, which clarifies that “Hemp” is any cannabis plant containing less than 0.3% Delta 9-THC, Hemp is federally legal for all purposes under federal law. Marijuana or any cannabis plant containing more than 0.3% Delta 9-THC is not used in any “Hemp Derived THC” product.
