We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3-days after receiving your item to request a return or a replacement.
We accept UNOPENED returns within 30 days. If the item is opened we require you to send a picture of the item first to our support email. If the item is intact and not depleted we will work it out on a case-by-case basis. There will most likely be a restocking fee of 20% or more depending on how much was used. If the product is 50% gone or more we can not accept a return. Please email us we appreciate the business and want everyone satisfied.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This must be done within 3 days of receiving your order. We do require photos of any issues. We may require you to ship it back to us with a prepaid return label.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), THC-O distillate jars, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about the products you purchased.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
